Federal Court Declares 5 Schemes Unlawful
The Federal Court declared five specific 21st Century land banking schemes to be unlawful unregistered managed investment schemes: Botanica (Kialla, VIC), Secret Valley Estate (Bylands, VIC), Oak Valley Lakes (Townsville, QLD), Bendigo Vineyard Estate (Bendigo, VIC), and Melbourne Grove Estate (Mount Cottrell, VIC). McIntyre Accepts 10-Year Ban
Jamie McIntyre 'capitulates' and accepts the 10-year disqualification order.
